Favorite Makeup Products
I am no makeup artist, but I recently started to enjoy doing my makeup and now I look forward to doing my routine every morning. (Or I used to, before we were in quarantine, now I'm always wearing a bare face, not mad about it though).
Going through my makeup collection is going to take forever. You would be reading this post for most of your day and I don't want to do that to you. So, I narrowed it down to my favorite products. Which will be easy because some of the products in my collection are amazing and some are just crap, but I use it anyway, you know?
So, let's get started. shall we?

The first thing I want to mention is my makeup bag. I got this bag from Target because I wanted something that was going to fit all of my makeup products, that way it will all be accessible in one place and I love it! It's big and roomy.

Beauty blenders are always a staple in my makeup collection. But, I go through them like crazy, whether my dog ate one for breakfast or I lost one. Getting the original beauty blender is just so expensive. So, I got a set from target, it has a marble pattern and it's gorgeous! Blend your makeup in style, yes girl ;-).

I haven't been much of an eye shadow girl, but as soon as I saw this palette I knew I needed to become one. This is by far one of my favorite eye shadow palettes. It is the Too Faced Pineapple palette and it smells heavenly. I want to say I bought it just because of the smell, but I also liked the colors too. If this palette is sold out, you could also try the other fruit palettes on Too Faced. I'm sure they are divine as well. I bought mine at my local TJ Max, so maybe keep a lookout there as well.

Believe it or not, I have another favorite eye shadow palette. It is from BH Cosmetics. The Moroccan Sunset palette is absolutely beautiful and I use it religiously in my everyday makeup routine. However, if you can't grab your hands on this palette I suggest looking at other BH Cosmetic palettes because they are affordable and great quality.

Now, I want to talk about foundation. It has been such a struggle to find the perfect foundation for my oily skin, but thank god I found one! The Superstay Foundation is my go to for a flawless complexion. This Elf Camo Concealer was such a great find for me! It is amazing. Everyone says this is a dupe of the Shape Tape Concealer and I 100% agree. But, it is a fraction of the price. Plus, Elf Cosmetics is a vegan and cruelty free brand and I love that.

I never used to use loose face powder in my routine before. I've always used pressed powder or bronzer to set my face, but it was way too dark for my skin tone. So, I decided to try translucent powder and I can honestly say I've been setting my foundation with Airspun Loose Face Powder ever since.

Eyebrows. Eyebrows. Eyebrows. I never filled them in until one day when I did and now I can't leave the house without filling them in. I am still very new at filling in my eyebrows, but I don't use pomade anymore because I wanted a more natural eyebrow look. With the pomade, it just made my eyebrows look fake, as if they were tattooed on. Don't get me wrong, I loved that look for awhile, but I grew out of it. This Nyx Eyebrow Pencil is pomade, but on a stick and I love it. My eyebrows look natural, but not overdone. A happy medium if you will.

This blush has been my trade and true. I don't even know if they make it anymore. It is so old. Mind you I have a huge blush palette from BH Cosmetics (which I love), but I always gravitate towards my Mac Blush, Modest. It is the perfect shade to get rosy pink cheeks! Here is a dupe because it looks like they don't sell this blush anymore.

The last thing that I want to mention are my makeup brushes. They are soft to the touch and apply your makeup so smoothly. And the color is to die for, isn't it?? These brushes are from BH Cosmetics and I suggest you get some because it is such a great price for the quality.
I hope you try some of these products out! I swear by them and I'm sure you will love them as much as I do.
