How can one diet with holidays coming up??
Is anyone else struggling?? Or is it just me?? I tired a two week egg diet and it was super hard. I found myself getting sick of eating boiled eggs every single day and I LOVE eggs.
Why is it that all the unhealthy foods are bad for you. Can't they be good for you?? I am such a sucker for fast food and Mac N' Cheese. Mmm.
I try going to the gym, but I am no where near consistent. How does one become consistent with going to the gym. I don't hate the gym, but I don't love going. Does anyone love going to the gym??
I take my dog on a walk everyday, for the most part. That counts as working out, doesn't it?? Regardless, I don't see any progress. To be fair, I haven't been on a strict diet and have been eating anything and everything.
Major dieting starts soon because Thanksgiving is around the corner and November is the month to EAT GOOD. I'm so excited for Thanksgiving.
I'll keep you updated on my diet, or whatever I'm doing - most likely not dieting and eating a bag of chips and chocolate chip cookies.
